人工微结构光电子学实验室于2015年1月成立,主要研究方向包括人工微结构光电材料与器件;光场调控、成像与传感;微纳结构的超快动力学;表面增强拉曼光谱;复杂介质探测与成像;各向异性电磁材料等。实验室现已建成深圳市柔性存储材料与器件重点实验室,拥有科研面积约600平方米,大型科研设备包括飞秒激光加工系统、飞秒激光检测系统、显微共焦拉曼光谱仪、显微红外光谱仪、可见光红外近场光学显微镜、并行计算系统、太赫兹时域光谱仪、原子层沉积仪、微波矢量网络分析仪、扫描电镜等,价值约2000万元。
实验室现有固定科研人员12人,学术带头人为国家杰出青年基金获得者汪国平讲席教授。研究团队包括教师11人与专职研究人员1人,其中讲席教授1人、特聘教授1人、副教授6人、助理教授3人、助理研究员1人。在人才项目方面,团队现有1人获国家自然科学基金青年基金A类资助、1人获B类资助;2人入选“广东省青年拔尖人才”,1人获得“广东省杰出青年基金”;8人入选“深圳市孔雀人才”,2人获评深圳大学“荔园优青”。
近年来,实验室承担了国家自然科学基金重点项目在内的一系列研究项目与课题,在相关领域发表高水平科研论文120余篇,包括 Nature、Physical Review Letters、Nature Communications、Physical Review Applied、Physics Reports、Advanced Materials、ACS Nano、Nano Letters、Light: Science and Applications、IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation、IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques 等顶级期刊。
Lab of Artificial Microstructures for Optoelectronics (LAMO) was founded in January 2015 and is interested in the research directions including artificial micro-structures for optoelectrical materials and devices; optical manipulation, imaging, and sensing; ultrafast dynamics of micro-nano structure; surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy; computational electromagnetics and acoustics on sensing and imaging; as well as anisotropic electromagnetic materials. LAMO has established the Shenzhen Key Laboratory on flexible storage materials and devices. The research area is about 600 m2, with the state-of-the-art research facilities of total value more than 20 million, including the femtosecond laser processing & detection system, confocal Raman spectroscope, micro FT-IR spectroscopy, near field scanning optical microscope, parallel computing system, terahertz time-domain spectrometer, atomic layer deposition system, microwave vector network analyzer, scanning electron microscope, etc.
The research team consists of 11 faculty members and 1 full-time researcher, including 1 Chair Professor, 1 Distinguished Professor, 6 Associate Professors, 3 Assistant Professors, and 1 Assistant Researcher. In terms of talent programs and awards, 1 member has received the Class A Young Scientists Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and 1 has received the Class B fund; 2 have been selected for the “Guangdong Outstanding Young Talents” program, and 1 has been awarded the “Guangdong Outstanding Youth Fund”; 8 have been recognized under the “Shenzhen Peacock Talent Program,” and 2 have received the “Liyuan Outstanding Youth” award from Shenzhen University.
In recent years, LAMO has undertaken a series of research projects such as key projects of NSFC. The related research results have been published on the top international journals, including Nature, Physical Review Letters, Nature Communications, Physical Review Applied, Physics Reports, Advanced Materials, ACS Nano, Nano Letters, Light: Science and Applications, IEEE Transactions on Antennas and Propagation, IEEE Transactions on Microwave Theory and Techniques, etc.
